It is with pleasure that we write this letter of recommendation for James Crane. James designed and completed part of our basement renovation in December 2007 and January 2008.
The project completed by James included custom design of a visually authentic post and beam look, complimenting existing renovations. Baseboard work was also included. The hand planed wood post and beam design was completed in a timely fashion and beyond our expectations. In comparison to previous renovation workers, James was always on the job when he indicated. He accepted nothing less than 100% quality in his work. Throughout the project, from design to completion, James always focused on what we wanted as clients and to that end, shared his knowledge, experience and creativity to ensure success.
